Return the published per-model and per-GPU rate catalog for the current site. Rates are in the site currency (USD on .com, CNY on .cn). Public endpoint; no authentication required. Method: GET Path: /api/pricing Auth: None

Admins manage the catalog through PUT /api/admin/billing/pricing/models and PUT /api/admin/billing/pricing/gpus. Those endpoints require an admin role and are outside the scope of this reference.
