# List Interventions for a Job

> Return the intervention audit history for a training job, including manual and auto triggers.

List all interventions recorded for a job you own. Each entry includes the action, trigger source (`manual` / `auto`), optional rule ID, status (`pending` / `applied` / `failed`), and parameter snapshots.

## Method + Path

Standard PIN envelope with `data.items` as an array of intervention objects:

  Hyperparameters before the intervention.

  Hyperparameters after the intervention.

  Error detail when status is `failed`.
